The city of romance was the setting for the first leg of our two-week trip. It was the first time to Paris for both of us, and the four days we spent there was every inch a dream! Don't believe the rude reputation the French have, because we met some of the nicest and most gracious people in the capital! During our stay, we visited major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and even Disneyland! But one of the highlights was definitely visiting the Palace of Versailles, a royal château which was home to the infamous Marie Antoinette. The palace gives "Dripping in Gold" a whole new meaning, which we simply adored. For the occasion we chose to wear feminine dresses with simple silhouettes,-with fun colors perfect for Summer. Since the sun was beaming quite strongly throughout our stay, high waist shorts and flats were also essentials! To conclude, the Parisian sights, cuisine, and atmosphere is truly like none other, we cannot wait to come back. Merci, Paris!
